The power of a brand and its customers can be tapped as a positive force on the world and on the bottom line simultaneously.  When a brand demonstrates commitment to what its customers care about, the connection between the two deepens, further differentiating the brand and building a stronger competitive edge in the market.  The brand commitment could be to any kind of shared concern, e.g. environmental, social, cultural, political, as long as it's the right fit for the brand.  

 

Media Strategy: Innovation & Greener Media

My approach to media planning is part science and part art, and I am to dazzle your customer.  I strive to find innovative ways to showcase the brand in exactly the right context when a customer is primed for the message.

My latest innovation is building greener media plans, either fully digital, recyclable, or compostable. The marketing activities particularly for sustainability messages warrant greener practices and solutions.  Ask me how.

 

Qualitative Research: Design and Implementation

My expertise includes research design and execution.  I have a flair for teasing out customer insights and testing (or "validating") creative campaigns.  I am adept at moderating focus groups, personal interviews, and friendship circles.
